MojIA reserves the right to modify, update or remove any content on the Website without prior notice.

  • Conduct that could harm the site, MojIA or third parties
  • Introducing viruses or malicious software
  • Unauthorised access to servers, databases or restricted areas
  • Using the site for unlawful or unauthorised commercial purposes

MojIA accepts no liability for inappropriate use of the Website.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website (text, images, logos, designs, source code, graphics, video, trade marks, structure and similar elements) is the exclusive property of MojIA or of third parties who have authorised its use.

Without express written authorisation, the following are prohibited:

  • Reproduction

It does, however, undertake to keep the site secure, up to date and functioning correctly as far as reasonably possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MojIA shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or consequential damages arising from access to or use of the Website.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits MojIA’s liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or in any case where the law does not permit such exclusion — in particular the rights granted by consumer protection law to users who qualify as consumers.

7. Informational content and absence of advice

The information published on this Website, including blog articles, service descriptions and case studies, is informational in nature. It does not constitute professional, technical, legal, tax or financial advice, and creates no contractual relationship.

No business decision should be taken solely on the basis of content published here without a prior analysis of the specific case. Binding advice is provided exclusively under a signed services agreement between the parties.

Case studies describe real projects. The results obtained by one client depend on their starting point, their processes, the quality of their data and their involvement, and therefore constitute neither a guarantee nor a forecast of the results any other party may obtain. Projects still in development are expressly identified as such.

8. Use of artificial intelligence

MojIA’s services incorporate artificial intelligence systems. Users and clients should be aware of the following, set out here for transparency and developed further in each project contract:

  • Artificial intelligence systems produce probabilistic outputs and may generate incorrect or incomplete information, even when correctly configured.
  • For that reason MojIA designs its solutions with human oversight on material decisions and with logging of the operations performed. Final validation of any output rests with the client.
  • MojIA does not guarantee a specific accuracy rate, a particular saving or a specific economic outcome, unless expressly agreed in writing in the relevant contract.
  • Responsibility for the lawfulness, accuracy and currency of the data the client provides to train, configure or feed a system rests with the client, who remains the data controller.
  • Where applicable law — in particular Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence — imposes specific obligations according to the risk classification of the system, those obligations are expressly identified and allocated in each project contract.

9. Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy. Both are linked in the footer of every page of this Website.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to the Website shall be submitted to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless a different legal obligation applies.
